The Account Balance Add On will equip your GeoCore web site with account balance billing. This Add On will allow you to offer some users or all of them the ability to maintain an account balance with your site.

Positive Balances

Using this option allows your users to pay you and maintain a balance with your web site. Any charges they accrue on your site can be paid from a positive balance they keep with you. Your users can use this balance to pay for things like classifieds, auction or site subscription fees. You, as the admin, can offer this as an option for payment OR force your users to use their account balance for fees. You can force positive balances only or allow negative ones...You decide!

Negative Balances

Allow your users to build up an account with you that they can pay at a later date. With this option, you can decide how much, how long, and other limits associated with a negative balance account. Offer this in conjunction with positive balances or by itself. Again...your choice!
