An "Update" means that you want to get your current software license to the latest version available. For example, if you wanted to update from version 4.1.2 to version 5.1.3.

Release announcements are posted in our site's User Forum so that customers know when the next version is expected to be released by our Development Team.

How to Order
Two easy ways to order this Service:
1. New Customers do not need to select this Service when ordering. You will receive it for FREE! That's right! When you order a license of Geo Classifieds, Geo Auctions, or GeoClassAuctions, you get your first 12 months for FREE.
2. Existing Customers can log in to their Client Area and add the Service to an existing product they have previously ordered.

Overview
Service Includes:
- Support - 12 months of Unlimited Email Support. This is in addition to our already comprehensive support resources (User Forum, Knowledgebase, FAQ's, Tutorials, and User Manual). Email support will be provided to you through an easy-to-use online Support Ticket system accessible through Geodesic Solutions Support Center. Our Support Team will answer any questions you have regarding the feature set of the classified and auction software.
- Updates - 12 months of Software Updates. This includes all updates and releases (major or minor) that we make to the base code of the software for your edition. They will be supplied to you free of charge if you are covered under a current Software Support & Updates Service. Note that this does not include the installation of the updates. If you would like for us to install the updates for you, you can purchase this service through your "client area".
Three ways to get this Service:
- License Purchase - Purchase any Geo Classifieds software, Geo Auctions software, or GeoClassAuctions Software Edition and you will receive this service FREE OF CHARGE for the first 12 months after your purchase.
- License Upgrade - Upgrade your software license from one Edition to another Edition while under a current Software Support & Updates Service and you will receive this service FREE OF CHARGE for the first 12 months after your upgrade.
- Renew Service - If your current 12 month service is currently expired, you can renew this service through your Client Area.
Service Cost:FREE!!! with the purchase of each new software license (Geo Classifieds, Geo Auctions, GeoClassAuctions). The cost for this optional service after the first 12 months of your software purchase is based upon the software edition you have purchased. Again, ordering this service is entirely optional. However, you will need to renew this service each year if you would like to always have the very latest code set and receive support from Geodesic Solutions.
