Place New Ad Pages allow your visitors to enter their own ads, including the ad's title, description, category specific fields, photo / video / pdf / MS Word / etc. uploads and so on. Give your visitors control over their ads and make your site's management a little easier on yourself.

My Active Ads Pages allow your visitors to view all of the active ads they currently have on your site. Based upon your settings, they can access their active ads and upgrade each ad with a variety of "add-ons", such as: attention getters, featured ad status (up to 5 featured levels with various site exposure), ad better placement, and ad bolding. They also have the ability to renew and edit (based upon your preferences) and delete each ad in their Active Ads list. Another unique feature they have is the abiility to keep their ad on your site for the remainder of it's payment term, even after it has already been sold. They can simply access their Active Ads page, find the sold item, and select the "SOLD" icon. This will leave the item on your site, but mark it as sold to the public. Thus, they get to keep the item up on your site for the duration they paid for.

My Expired Ads Pages allow your visitors to view the ads that have expired from your site, and offers them ability to renew their ads (within a time period you specify).

My Favorites Page allows your visitors to create a list of items they want to keep for quick recall at a later time...You might call this a "watch list".

My Ad Filters Pages allow your visitors to set up an auto-notification by email if an ad is later placed within the category they specify with the key words they specify.

My Current Information Pages allow visitors to manage their account information themselves. They can edit their site password, email address, physical address, affiliate page html, add money to their account balance, pay an invoice, etc.

My Communications Pages allow users to use their site account to communicate with other users of your site. Messages will be stored in a table on the users page for reviewing and replying. Using the software's communications system allows sellers to maintain their privacy from interested buyers if they wish to.

Communications Settings allow your visitors to select either "public" communication or "private" communication. "Public" communication means that when an interested buyer selects the "contact seller" button on a seller's ad, their message will be sent via email and the seller's email address will be exposed to the buyer. "Private" communication means that the seller will return to your site to communicate with an interested buyer. Their email address is never exposed during this process.
Print Signs & Flyers Pages allow your sellers to print out a Sign and/or Flyer of their item. Each sign and flyer is prepopulated with each ad's information. They have the ability to change this information prior to printing.

Account (Site) Balance Payment Feature*** allows your sellers to have running account balance with your site for them to pay for ad placements, ad renewals, ad upgrades, etc. How it works: Your sellers can access their account and make a payment to you for whatever amoun they want. Let's say they pay you $100. That $100 goes into their site's account balance with you. Each time they perform an action that requires a payment to you (i.e. placing an ad), they will have the option to pay you from their account balance, which will then automatically deduct the cost of the ad. This keeps them from having to go to your merchant account and reenter their credit card details every time they need to pay you for a service.

Invoice Payment Feature*** allows your sellers to have a negative account balance with your site. In other words, they can place ads at will on your site without being charged a fee at the time of ad placement. Then, at a time of your choosing (i.e. at the end of the month), you can send them a single invoice (sent by email) for all charges incurred during that period. How it works: Your sellers will place ads on your site and pay you by credit card, check, etc. --or-- they can select to be "invoiced" for their accrued transactions at a later time. Your sellers can access their account on your site and view their total "uninvoiced charges" (charges you have not yet sent an invoice for). They can also pay for invoices that you have sent to them through their account. They can pay you for each invoice by credit card, check, etc.

Account (Site) Balance Feature and the Invoice Payment Feature cannot be used concurrently. You will need to select only one method for all users of your site. The choice is yours, you just need to decide if you want the payments from your sellers "up front" (Account Balance Payment Feature) or if you want to allow sellers to say "put it on my tab" (Invoice Payment Feature).

Affiliate Page Privileges can be given on a User Group by User Group basis. Each user that has Affilitiate Page Privileges has access to their own personal page on your site which displays a table containing their active ads. Their personal account then gives them the ability to enter their own html that will be displayed on their Affiliate Page just above their ad listings. So, for instance, if they have their own website, they could display some of their website's products directly on their Affiliate's Page. Also, since their Affiliate's Page has it's own URL, they can send out this URL in emails or post it on websites for visitors to click through directly to their personal Affiliate's Page located on your site.
