All GeoCore Purchases include FREE LIFETIME Email and Ticket Support for your license. So, if you have any questions regarding the features of the software, please feel free to send in an email to our Support Team or open a support ticket within your "Client Area" on our site. The support ticket system will allow you to open, edit, and review your existing tickets and our responses to your questions.
Along with FREE LIFETIME Email and Ticket Support, our customers also have full access to the following services 24/7:

All GeoCore Purchases include 3 months of FREE Priority / Chat Support. This means that you will have access to Live Chat Support for the first 3 months after your purchase. Additionally, any support tickets that you submit through your "Client Area" on our site will receive priority attention by our Support Staff. Any time after the first 3 months you can purchase a Priority / Chat Support Extension at the prices listed below. Keep in mind that you will still receive FREE Lifetime Support Ticket Access through your "Client Area" even if you don't have a current Priority / Chat Support.
Note that having priority support does not affect your license. You license is a lifetime license whether you have priority support or not
All GeoCore Purchases include 6 months of FREE Software Updates. This means that you will have access to all GeoCore Software Updates, as well as, any Add Ons you have purchased or that come with the software for the first 6 months after your purchase. After the first 6 months you can purchase a Software Updates Extension at the prices listed below. Keep in mind that this service is only required to download the latest version of the software. Only your access to Software Updates will expire. Your license will continue to run on your site indefinitely, as your license does not expire.
New Customers: Simply purchase Geocore and you will have 6 months of downloads, and 3 months of Priority Chat Support included automatically with the license.
Existing Customers: Use one of the links below to renew your Download Access, Priority / Chat Support, or combination of both! Keep in mind that the services listed below are only required to extend the time on the respective service. Only your access to Software Updates or priority / chat support will expire. Your license will continue to run on your site indefinitely, and you will continue to receive the lifetime free support mentioned at the top of this page, as your license does not expire.
