Voting Error Message

I keep getting the error message "template configuration issue - check template assignment on this page 5" when I put in the <<VOTE_ON_AD_LINK>>
and <<SHOW_AD_VOTE_COMMENTS_LINK>> tags. How do I fix this so it works?

Make sure page templates are assigned to the voting pages within the page admin. Errors like this one occur when a page template has not been assigned to a specific page.

One last question: when I'm logged in and click on "Vote on this ad" it gives me "You must be logged in to vote." How do I fix this? Thanks.
