Hello everyone


I need your help to solve the problem i have with this addon

install the addon


when i try to enable the pluging getting message your pluging is not enabled contact sales team

I contacted Brain he advise me that pluging is enabled

it is almost monday i submitted the ticket on Thursday so far no answer so if any one can help will be awsome


I also have store front addon issue


where i can not delete the pages and catagory created with previous version

I love to hear from you



I am also thinking adding banner management. i have setup openx but i like to know how to make it work on the template

do i have create template for each catagory if the ads suppose to catagory pacific

What is the ticket ID # for the ticket you started? It should be in the auto-response e-mail you got when you started the ticket. Give me that ticket ID and I'll take a look to see what is going on with it.

could it be same problem i have on thread i made not long ago ? that im using 4.0.3 and need to update to 4.0.9 because i have similar problem installs but wont enable till i get round to updating.

The ticket you sent me was a sales ticket. Looks like the ticket got closed, I think there was a mis-understanding, we said to go ahead and send in the problems you were having to support, then in the last reply you sent, it sounded like you said that you had submitted the problems to support already. I'm not seeing any other tickets in there to support though. I've re-opened the ticket and moved it over to be a support ticket, we'll be looking at it soon to see what the issue is.

Hello everyone issue was key.php file in the root folder


Jonyo delete the files and add on is now enabled
