New listing short cut link

I could use something like this to help permote new ad placement on my site, and tell new visitors there are new ads.

Do not want to change site apperance I want to use a flashy button.

Does any one have any ideas on this, and how to go about this

You could always use one of the newest listings modules and create a link to that page, which you could create an image for if you wished, and either make that available somewhere on the site and/or include it in all emails that go out.
