Restricting Contact Seller feature to registered users only

We are in the early stages of laying-out an Enterprise site and wanted to make some quick changes.

Can you restrict the ability to contact user ads to registered users only? So that people have to log-in before they can make contacts with ads?

Yes, it is in one of the main settings, either General or Browsing. There are settings for being logged in to contact seller as well as viewing ads, both are set independently.
