Default Customer Development for Help desk software?

    Hi,

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to get a bridge for a help desk system of any kind. I'm currently looking to use Cerberus as it seem straight-forward (and what I think Geo uses for their site). Basically I just want folks that create an auction account to already have their account made in the helpdesk system.

If not a developer, anyone that can point to how to fire this off in a similar way to the forum bridges, etc?

    Thanks!

I actually ended up coming across the help system used by wahmbay (a GeoAuctions site, but unfortunately closing down this month).

They used h2desk, which is SaaS or downloadable. I figured instead of integration, I could remove user logins and rely on a public KB/news access setup and just allow people needing assistance to work through email with this system (no need to make accounts).

If anyone else has similar issues, I would strongly suggest checking out h2desk as Cerberus was a bit of a pain for what I wanted.
