How to Add Credits to users that belong to Existing Price Plan

Hi, question for the power users here on GEO.
I have all my users under and existing price plan and would like to offer a promotion which would give all of them $10 in free credits to use for ad upgrades. Is there a way to assign a $10 credit to all users of a particular user group or price plan? If so, how would you recommend doing this?

No, there is not a way to do that built in. You can set it to have a starting balance when a user registers for the first time, but there is not a way to issue more money to a group of users. You can do so on an individual basis but that would be quite time consuming depending how many users there are.

An alternative might be to use the discount code addon, it has abilities to make a discount code only available to select user groups.

Edit the user's information in the admin panel, near the bottom it lets you change the account balance, provided that you have turned account balance addon on and have enabled it in the settings.
