Try Lance Prevost or Kris Read, I am pretty sure both of them are actively working on custom development as they are active here in the forums, and we interact with them on a regular basis.

They are both listed on the recommended developers page here (including e-mails). I'm just pointing you there so that in future if either of their e-mail changes, and someone finds this thread, they'll go look up the new info instead of seeing the old info in this thread

It seems finding programmer for this script is not rather easy.

The ones selling modifications and add-ons ask ridiculous prices.
I asked a quote from Indian programmer which is listed as Geo developer, and they came up with 1200 USD for few changes!!

I was in India myself 3 months, and know 1200 is 3 months salary over there.
Work is few days at the most.

So how come all is so expensive?
If i was geodesic i would hire few programmers , let them develop few add-0ons and sell them myself at reasonable prices.

script is 249 now, add-ons up even up to 500, ridiculous to be honest.
