I would like to know if we can add a checked and radio field box in the add listing like the Payment Options?

You can add checkboxes, by using category question fields, there is an option to make a field a checkbox field. There is not anything that would allow using a radio though, but you can use pre-valued drop-down boxes which accomplish the same thing, having the user select one option out of many.
