Greetings Forum Users. Our request goes out to anyone who has had experience with creating a bilingual classifieds web site. I emphasize bilingual, not a language other than English only, since you may not truly understand our problem(s) with creating a bilingual/multilingual site.
Problem #1: We have a bilingual classifieds site (English and Ukrainian) using Premier version 4. I have translated the site into Ukrainian as far as the software allows us to. Please see http://www.ezreklama.com. We have created a second language set of template pages that correspond's to the default language which is English. From our site, one can see that upon selecting Ukrainian that everything is translated except for the tabs. The tabs for some reason do not appear in Ukrainian e.g.s Header tabs (Browse, Search, Sell, My Account Pricing Contact Us), SubHeader Tabs (How It works, Log In , Seller Features, Buyer Features, Register, Browse Listings, Register, Sign In , Enter Key Words, Site Search, etc. ) and Footer tabs (e.g., .Home, Regsiter, About Us, Terms and Conditions, Link Exchange), Block Tabs (Information, Left Column Ads, Categories, Member Login, Site Stats) .
Problem #2: As well, another problem we have in the extra pages section is that we have created an extra page called Ураїнською and it does not appear even though we have 6 more extra pages available. Does anyone know what else can we do to make the tabs appear in Ukrainian? Please help. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Ihor.
