We have a site that is being developed and we bought the GeoModules video ad add on but we also require users to be able to upload videos to their ad during the place an ad process or choose to use the video URL method from the GeoModules add on.

If the user chooses to upload their own video to our system the addon should be able to allow admin to denote what video extenstions are allowed which would be: .avi, .mov, .wmv, .mpg, .mpeg, .flv and others our server has FFMpeg installed so this would be the preferred method of conversion via FFMpeg and mencoder or flv2player

so that when a user uploads a video of any type that is allowed. It will be converted on the fly via FFMPeg to a .flv

admin should also have the ability to set the maxiumum allowed file size for videos, and whether the original video should be saved or discarded,
the macro for this video section on any ad should be such that if the ad or auction doesnt contain a video the video section does not appear.

admin should also have the ability to set the storage location of all ad videos via path, URL, IP, so that at a later date or at its inception videos could be stored and subsequently played back from a separate server, slave server.

We are looking for someone well versed in GeoClassifieds, FFMpeg, and/or is a PHP/MySQL guru

We are also needing you to do this as quickly as possible

All bids should be PMed to me and should include your Name, email, phone number and projected time to complete as well as any other information you feel neccessary to provide us to give your bid an honest look.

This is for a major site within the Classified ads RV field:cool:

Hi Webdude, just saw your post for the development of a video upload addon. We did this for a client a few years ago with version 4 and we are currently doing a clipshare integration for another client on version 5. If you would like us to provide you a quote, please browse to our site and complete our project request form at http://www.interactivevillages.com/request-for-quote and I will be happy to work up a quote for you.

Thanks,

Bob Malecki
