I think you guys may have to revert or update the profile template in vBulletin.

It is missing the tabs and sections. I was looking for the Statistic Tab in my profile that shows these links

I see the statistics tab just fine, it has all that junk in it. Not sure what kind of permissions you need to see it, I always assumed anyone logged in could see it though.

I logged out, and viewed your profile, and this is what I see (screenshot attached) when I click on the statistics tab. Do you see something different?

EDIT: Well except that it's a little bigger on my screen, the forums decided to re-size the screenshot like usual...

EDIT....It's the IE7 my work uses. Works fine in FF. LOL Sry
