email failure

Hello All,
I'm getting the following errors when trying to send messages via classifieds premium
"Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 550 <my@email.ca> No such user here in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\domain.org\httpdocs\classifieds\ classes\classified_browse_class.php on line 2199"

I have tried all 3 settings in the admin section all with the same error

The app is on a shared host and is version 2

Is there anywhere else I can check for potential issues

This is probably the telling part about the error:

"No such user here"

Check with your host to see what user you should be using to send emails and enter that user's details into the E-MAIL SETUP > GENERAL CONFIGURATION admin tool.
