Hello,
I would ask every one of you who is reading this post believe that this is great idea not only in a specific aspect but also it is case of everything - the life- in our business; the web marketing. I am sure that you have thoughts before or at least now you're gonna to think that what our business in based on? In other words, what may bring us more revenue? .... Just stop a moment an think before proceeding to the rest. Yes, <VISITORS>
Visitors are to come to our classified & auction listing site, browsing some pages, viewing some of the ads, browsing our categories, considering the tariff set and we would be grateful if they would list an ad with us and pay us some bucks. Great! .... But where from those visitors are to come to us? SERPs (Serach Engine Result Pages) if you have been lucky to be in first 3 pages by either ways of your own SEO efforts which also includes Geodesic considerations for SEO or by the chance; the chance of having no competetor in your goegraphical region that in fact is very rare nowadays, link exchange with other sites, media ads, direct approches such as email compagins to thier inbox, offering free listing for a period of time or etc. Either ways then you are just restricted by a one way funnel through which your visitors will come to you; Note that you have to wait for visitors to come to you :rolleyes:. It could be said that this manner you are always STATIC and your visitors are DYNAMIC; you have no movement while they have have movement. It means that if they prefer not to move then you have condemned to defeat. In other words, your success deponds on the visitors that come to your store to buy somthingthat they need but there are circumastances that despite thier willingness and yours they cannot come to you. Then what? are you to wait and pray for them to show up on day or you buy a bike and design a product cataloge and go to visit them and encouraging and enticing them to come to visite your store?!
Many other examples maybe find even in the nature world; Just imagine when an old lion is being injured by hyenas to the level of inability to go for hunting. That unlucky lion has to surrenderred to the lost.
Are we giong to be the same?
Before i throw my dart I would appreciate your smarty ideas to complete the story.
