I am thinking about adding a classifieds to my local oriented site.

I see how much adding a PayPal donations link will cost.

My question is on the legalities. As in Fed, State (Georgia) and local licensing, tax, sales tax and so on.

I do not expect to make much. And plan to use more of a gift for donating to the site approach.

Any ideas, comments suggestions, warnings or such?

I sure will appreciate some feedback. I don't want ANY legal hassles or to loose money doing something stupid. As in avoid elevated PayPal costs via a Merchandising link.
