Can I incorporate DreamweaverMX2004 and GeoClassified Enterprise to set up a network for my sales people to have access to place information and maitain the content for their banner ad sales.

Dreamweave has the ability to have only access to particular files in a lager project.

The Enterprise does not contain a banner management system. There are too many good ones and adpeeps.com is built to work with ours. So don't see any conflicts.

I suggest implementing PHPAdsNew (http://phpadsnew.com/), it is a very well developed and highly used banner application that lets you set up campaigns and zones and separate accounts for login and banner management. I use it on our websites, see an example at http://www.hificlassifieds.com.
