Is anyone using Ad Peeps with their classified site? If so, how do you like the product? Can someone who is not at all technical install it? How is tech support?

Lastly, does it support affilitate banner ads where the HTML is just added?

Adpeeps is awesome dude. You should direct your questions to adpeeps. The guy that has written is awesome. I believe he will install it for free. He does have a toll free number. Do a search in the forum for adpeeps and you will see everything it does. If you have the enterprise version you can display banners by category. For example you have a florida category and a Arkansas category. You can display only banners for Arkansas and in the flordia section only those banners. For the price and what it does is amazing.
