Live Chat can be useful if you use it effectively, if not, then I would recommend not even setting it up.
I recently went to a site, guy answered chat, i asked a question, then he stopped talking, did not
say give me a moment or anything; after about 10min of no response; I left, which resulted in lost sale,
he would have just been better off sticking to email, then again, some do not use that effectively either.
If you do not respond to emails quickly, then you should expect the same result, no sale....
