I might be interested in sharing the cost if it's reasonable. So far I have a listing management site without a sound payment system where the buyer can pay the seller on-site. Additionally people on the site can close out listings and not pay later (by accident or purpose) which is a little scary.

I am not looking to copy eBay. What I am referring to when I say "complete" is referring to pages. Home, browse classifieds/auctions, account page, stores Category's etc.... Because one can redesign a home page and it takes no effect on other pages.
