A few years back I started a classifieds site to advertise a number of scientific antique dealer's instruments. The site was very basic but gave me an idea of what could, with the right software, be achieved. After looking at various software packages I decided on the geodesic solutions software and haven?t looked back since. At first I was quite daunted but after a few days of playing around with the software I got it to work as I wanted.

Then we started to see how the site was developing and what was needed by the dealers who used the site. The site was then developed into what you see now and continues to grow. Once you are used to the way the software works developing the site is quite straight forward however our problem was to develop the site while it was still being used. As the site uses a template system we built a test site within the existing site using new templates. When it was right we simply replaced all of the templates on the original site.
