I looked at several of your competitor's software programs and went with you because of your prompt reply to my questions. You answered honestly that your product did not have the two of the features I wanted, and told me "to come back if I could not find another product that would work for me". Having worked for a mid-size software co. before, I know sales people do not always tell the potential buyer the "truth" about the software capabilities!

I could not find a better product so I decided to buy yours because of the service. You surprised me again by actually installing the software on my site within hours!! What a shocking experience...people who actually take care of business.
