Geodesic Solutions

We've tried numerous classifieds software packages over the years and reckon this one is definitely the best. It certainly isn't the easiest software to master or the cheapest but you do get what you pay for.

We've been using Geodesic for a few months now and think it's great. It's taken us a while to figure it out and we are slowly but surely getting there. If you want to use it as is, it's pretty straight forward. The guys at Geodesic are always keen to help with any problems we have. Our website is still in the early stages but is already getting a regular flow of visitors daily.

We would certainly recommend this software to anyone wanting to set up a classifieds website with the intention of later expanding, as this software has the ability to upgrade and also add many other features. We would welcome any prospective purchasers to contact us via our website if they have any questions regarding our experiences with this software.

I just want to let you guys know how superior your product and service is, it's just so refreshing to deal with such a great company, especially compared to the really bad experience I had with dodgy Steve @ [competitor]'s...can't believe his crap has permeated so many hosting companies standard installs and Funtastico!! I just wanted to say that the GEODESIC SOLUTIONS has done the best job I have seen. The awesome job done by them can be seen easily but I can imagine the hard work dedication and skill required for the same to be done. It is not a work that is done in a few months or years, its a artwork created after much study and research. GREAT WORK !

I am from Pakistan... I have been in this for the past 6 years and I used to believe that ready made sites really don't work well and in the end we always have to modify the script as per our needs. But believe me or not, I am surprised at how user friendly geodesic script is! It has all the necessary features which a classified website must have. I am using this script exactly how I purchased it and every penny has been worth it.

I'd like to tell how wonderful is that software, it takes time to understand how it works but once everything is in brain it is easy to set it up and manage, everything is configurable, from categories to extra-field. I didn't find any bugs.

Even without any knowledge of html and css I've been able to configure as I wanted.

I encourage users to buy that software.

My compliments once again on the product. It seems so stable and well structured - I especially like the clean, nicely formatted and commented code which is making customizations much easier than they would otherwise be, and I'm sure that upgrades will be less daunting as a result also. Frankly, it's some of the nicest software that I've ever worked with!

After several months of research and comparing, we ultimately chose the GeoClassifieds product. Now, after over 3 years of usage, we've NEVER had a problem with it. It's stable. It's full of features, and it's easy to use and customize. Support has also been excellent. We've never once had a support question that wasn't accurately and quickly answered within a few hours or so.

We can highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a Classifieds Software solution. You'll be EXTREMELY glad you did!

We bought the software some months ago, and I can tell you it's the best CMS-software of it's kind (i've tested most of them). I would recommened it to anyone that is a little computer-savy. This is because it took some time to get used to. But once you are familiar with it, it's very easy.

I had some code issues with my installation. Matt from the Development Team stepped right up and got involved. I could not have expected better service and he is a testament to great customer service. If I was hiring, he would get the job! If GeodesicSolutions delivers this level of technical support on all issues, I will be a client for a very long time and will surely buy and support them, as they have supported me! Keep up the great work and make sure you properly acknowledge Matt's abilities - they are the basis of great client support and set exceptional client support standards worth noting! I fully endorse my experience with him and GeodesicSolutions!

GeoClassifieds is so much of an easy to use and see source code to see what's happening product. My site http://cyprustrade.net is now up and running and I am very pleased with everything.

I am just loving our recent update from an older version of Premier to Enterprise. Our users are actually emailing to say how much they like it and how easy it is to use. The tech support has been very helpful as we ironed out a few wrinkles..

The system is incredibly customisable and you are almost bounded only by your imagination as to how you can use this. I am still impressed after all these years of being with Geodesics, no other system beats it (believe me I tried a few). Our experience shows this software can be used for much more than just a classifieds or auction site and this Enterprise upgrade offers a lot of very exciting oportunities to create revenue streams in ways we would never have dreamed of - watch this space!

I just bought your basic classifieds software and I have been working with it for a few days now and I just had to write you guys and say WOW!

I have operated my own websites for over a decade with off-the-shelf software and this is the first time that I have ever seen such a comprehensive off-the-shelf software that is packed with features and for such a great price. It's a bit overwhelming; but I appreciate the features. It is allowing me to create the exact website I need without hiring a programmer.

I have been using GeoAuctions Premier now for about 4 months and I can't think of enough good things to say. The software works great, the customer support team is world class and I feel safe putting my dollars into this company.

At first I couldn't believe how much the software would cost me and I was a little hesitant because I have been ripped off before purchasing online. Once I got my software and had the support team install it for me I felt a lot better about what I purchased. The Geo team clearly spent a lot of time and money working on this package and they are constantly coming out with updates which has already saved me a lot of money. I wanted to be able to have youtube videos on customer listings but although this was possible originally, there was no control over how many video's could be displayed per user group or even charge for video's if I wanted to. I was going to pay $150 for a third party add-on that would give me control over these aspects but low and behold the new update allows me to do all of this and it didn't cost me anything more than my initial fee for the software. Updates are included in your licence fee and it lasts for a year. Unless you want to renew which I encourage you to do. When I first bought this software I had an idea how to create something great for my community. I didn't have a lot of technical knowledge in terms of website related procedures but 4 months later I am doing all the stuff that I originally thought would take me years to learn. I read some just for dummies books on php,xhtml, MySQL etc etc but most of my knowledge now has come from how well put together the material that Geo has to offer. They put a lot of information in their guides that I just can't help but think that some people are paying thousands of dollars to learn in school. Now I'm running my own auction and soon to be classified/auction site, it looks professional and works flawlessly and I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars and years of schooling to get this great site.

I will most certainly be updating my licence when it expires if nothing else than for the high quality professional customer service. These people are very polite, patient and professional. Some other companies like to, or can't help but to make their customers feel like idiot's when asking technical questions. Geo offer services to professionally install your software and make changes but they also go out of their way to help you troubleshoot problems through the use of support tickets. This knowledge is invaluable for web developers and it puts a smile on my face when I ask technical questions and I find a well thought out response telling me how I can solve my problem. A lot of companies would rather charge you big bucks to fix your problems and not offer you any tips because that would take from their business.

Geo not only provides great technical support but they also have a huge knowledge base with information on every aspect of their software both in user and admin interfaces. It's easy to read and understand and has helped me through many problems.

Once again I cannot say enough about this company, I am a real person that has not been offered any money or benefits for writing this. I am writing this because I have finally found a company that I can trust and I want anyone who is interested in this company to give them a fair chance. They deserve it! You can be sure that this company will deliver! I promise!
